Culinary workshops, vegan treats and discovery games: Attitude hotels are renewing their commitment to responsible eating by taking an active part in Veganuary, the international movement inviting people to adopt a vegan diet during the month of January. It’s an initiative that goes far beyond a simple, sensitive parenthesis.
In 2025, over 25.8 million people worldwide took part in Veganuary, motivated by health, environmental and animal welfare issues. Once again this year, the Attitude group is part of this movement. “The vegan offer is a natural fit with our vision of more conscious and responsible tourism. Reducing the proportion of animal products on our menus, even occasionally, has a positive impact on the environment, health and animal welfare,” says Aurélie Souchon, F&B Support Specialist at Attitude. Vegan Coconut Balls in the bedrooms, preparation of vegan superpower balls for children, tastings and interactive games for adults… The actions around plant-based food are going well throughout the month of January!
These initiatives also extend to hotel teams: while Management Cocktails highlight the Group’s commitments, the Head Office canteen offers a 100% vegan menu every Friday. From plant-based curries with local vegetables to beet carpaccios, lentil bolognese, mushroom bourguignon and vegan desserts, there’s plenty to enjoy! “It’s also a very practical way of raising awareness without imposing, by showing that plant-based or vegan cuisine is neither bland nor restrictive, but on the contrary creative, generous and full of flavour,” she continues.
In addition to Veganuary, the Attitude group maintains a permanent offer of at least 30% vegetarian or vegan dishes in its restaurants. Dedicated signage makes it easy to identify these options, which are designed to be gourmet and varied. Its targeted partnership with the NGO Ecoshe also enables the group to take a global approach (raising awareness, training teams and developing creative vegetarian cuisine, etc.). Through these initiatives, Attitude demonstrates that more responsible hospitality is not only possible, but desirable, serving the well-being of customers, teams and the environment.
