Supervisor Sven Fiedler and his five instructors introduce all generations to these specialties, which can be enjoyed with family or friends. TheEvening Pass kicks off the evening on a gastronomic note with a musical aperitif, followed by a dinner fit to entertain the most curious palates. The show then features a troupe of 20 to 30 in-house artists with a passion for music, dance, song and comedy. Recently, Mauritian choreographer SamuelManickprepared a festive gospel revue, to be previewed on August 15. His favorite show is Paul et Virginiefor the Mauritian imagination it conveys.
Gala with fireworks and champagne fountain, white evening on the beach, Mauritian theme, show presented by the children, fashion shows, cabaret... Theprogram is both well-rehearsed and regularly renewed.
