APTIS is shaping its next chapter

Faced with a constantly evolving economic environment, the APTIS Group is continuing its transformation. With a new brand identity, a more robust organizational structure, and a clear vision for growth, the Group is embarking on a new phase of its development. Oscar Mamet, CEO, who has led the Group since 2024, intends to consolidate its position as a diversified economic player while preparing for the future.

Founded in 2009 as TNS Tobacco by Jean-Pierre Mamet and Sabbi Appanna, the APTIS Group has gradually expanded beyond its distribution activities. Over the years, several acquisitions and strategic investments have enabled it to expand its presence in a variety of sectors, notably through RACSO, Resiglas, L’Artigiano, Domino’s Pizza, Navitas, BARNES Maurice, and Bigarade-sur-Mer on Rodrigues. Today, the Group organizes its operations around five strategic divisions: distribution, commerce and industry, services, real estate, and investment… This thoughtful growth reflects a clear objective: to create synergies while remaining agile in the face of market changes.

An identity that reflects its ambitions

The recent refresh of the brand identity reflects this evolution. For Oscar, this initiative reflects the Group’s journey to date and its ambitions for the years ahead. “In 18 years, we’ve evolved from a retail company into a diversified Group operating in several sectors. This new identity reflects who we have become today and the ambition that drives us for the years ahead,” he explains. A determination to move forward with confidence and ambition is embodied in the slogan “Up to It”!

A long-term vision

For Oscar, sustainable growth is not possible without paying special attention to employees and human values. Under his leadership, the Group recently formalized its purpose: “Inspiring Progress,” a vision that reflects its ambition to combine economic performance with human development. “We want to build strong, high-performing companies, but also create an environment where people can develop, grow, and feel engaged in a shared mission,” emphasizes the CEO. With this new identity and a strategy based on diversification, the APTIS Group intends to continue growing with agility, while maintaining strong local roots.
