The cellar at the Blue Penny Cellar, the flagship restaurant at Constance Belle Mare Plage, is the largest wine cellar in the Indian Ocean, with 35,000 bottles and some 4,000 references. The Archipel cellar at Constance Prince Maurice is no exception, with 23,000 bottles and 2,300 references from all over the world! Behind this rich selection are the stories and links that have been forged year after year.

June 2, 2026: 4-course wine and food pairing dinner for the Festa della Repubblica at the Archipel restaurant in Constance Prince Maurice, created by Michelin-starred chefs Alessandro Breda and Piergiorgio Siviero, with the presence of two Italian wine producers.
June 4, 2026: Classic Italian 4-course dinner at La Spiaggia, Constance Belle Mare Plage, signed by Chef Piergiorgio Siviero.
June 5, 2026: Classic Italian 4-course dinner at La Spiaggia, Constance Belle Mare Plage, signed by Chef Alessandro Breda.
June 6, 2026: Antipasti Night at Constance Sakoa Boutique Hotel, an evening brought to life by the Constance Sakoa chefs.
