There are no limits to the creativity of our sommeliers, who find their greatest inspiration in the hotel group’s superb wine cellars. The cellar at the Blue Penny Cellar, the flagship restaurant at Constance Belle Mare Plage, is the largest wine cellar in the Indian Ocean, with 35,000 bottles and some 4,000 references. The Archipel cellar at Constance Prince Maurice is no exception, with 23,000 bottles and 2,300 references from all over the world! Behind this rich selection are the stories and links that have been forged year after year.

La Paulée, Musique & Vins, Golf & Wine… In addition to sumptuous wine events, the tables of Constance Hotels & Resorts also give life to daring pairings created by the expert hand of eminent chefs and sommeliers, designed to sublimate the gustatory journey of lovers of the delights of the table. Celebrated throughout the year with numerous events, including the not-to-be-missed Constance Culinary Festival, the art of gastronomy, a true sensory voyage, also lends itself to beautiful cultural escapades. In June, the hotel group’s tables will be decked out in the colors of the Bel Paese for a week!

Highlights of Italian Week :

June 2, 2026: 4-course wine and food pairing dinner for the Festa della Repubblica at the Archipel restaurant in Constance Prince Maurice, created by Michelin-starred chefs Alessandro Breda and Piergiorgio Siviero, with the presence of two Italian wine producers.

June 4, 2026: Classic Italian 4-course dinner at La Spiaggia, Constance Belle Mare Plage, signed by Chef Piergiorgio Siviero.

June 5, 2026: Classic Italian 4-course dinner at La Spiaggia, Constance Belle Mare Plage, signed by Chef Alessandro Breda.

June 6, 2026: Antipasti Night at Constance Sakoa Boutique Hotel, an evening brought to life by the Constance Sakoa chefs.
