Discover the winners of the Mauritius Real Estate Awards 2025!

On December 4, 2025, the third edition of the Mauritius Real Estate Awards was held at the InterContinental Resort in Balaclava. Attended by over 150 real estate executives, the event celebrated excellence while addressing the major challenges facing housing in Mauritius, and unveiled this year’s winners, presented by PropertyCloud.mu.

For this special evening, the guest of honor of the evening, the Honorable Shakeel Mohamed, Minister of Housing and Lands, made a powerful call for a public-private partnership to tackle the housing crisis. With 52,000 people waiting for social housing and an average price rise of 23% marginalizing the middle class, the Minister proposed concrete solutions: tax breaks, guaranteed returns for developers investing in social and affordable housing, and subsidies for young first-time buyers.

Beyond this crucial reflection, the 2025 awards highlighted an acceleration towards planned communities, sustainable innovation and increased mobility in the residential and commercial sectors. Pointe d’Esny Le Village Rivage Sud shone, winning two major awards: Residential Project of the Year and Best Apartment Project, testifying to outstanding architectural execution and exemplary sustainable practices.

FERNEY Farm Living by Ciel Properties was crowned Best Residential Project Eligible for Foreign Buyers, consolidating its reputation as an innovative sustainable lifestyle project. Telfair La Promenade achieved an historic triple success in the commercial categories: Commercial Project of the Year, Best Mixed-Use Project and Best Office Project. Finally, Workshop17 Vivéa took the prize for Best Coworking Space.

On the agency front, Pam Golding Properties Mauritius won the title of Real Estate Agency of the Year with the highest recorded sales. Nestenn Ile Maurice received the Agency Choice Award for its high level of customer satisfaction and national presence. Seeff Mauritius was honored with a Special Recognition Award for its 20 years in business and its positive impact on the Mauritian real estate ecosystem.

“These projects and agencies set new benchmarks in design quality, sustainability and customer experience,” said Bryan Wester, Managing Director of PropertyCloud.mu, who also unveiled plans for HomeFest Property & Lifestyle Expo, the largest real estate show ever held in Mauritius, scheduled for June 13-14, 2026.
