After seven months of extensive works, the Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita unveils its new identity. Inaugurated on December 11, 2025 in the presence of Prime Minister Dr Navin Ramgoolam, this jewel of a hotel reinvents Mauritian luxury with ambition and sustainability.
Under the slogan “Our new story”, the Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita is writing a new chapter in its history. Since 2008, this 5-star establishment, which for ten consecutive years has held the highest number of Five-Star distinctions awarded by Forbes, has embodied excellence and refinement, and this renovation propels it to new heights to meet the expectations of an increasingly demanding international clientele.
“After this relifting, we are delighted to unveil the new face of the Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita and welcome back our loyal clientele. This metamorphosis illustrates our commitment to offering our guests an immersive luxury experience, combining comfort, gastronomy, well-being and respect for nature”, said Martin Dell, General Manager of the hotel.
Between speeches and a drone show, the inauguration evening brought together members of CIEL and Riveo, players from the tourism sector and local partners, in an idyllic setting. The Prime Minister underlined the strategic importance of this project: “This resort is a powerful symbol: a symbol of renewed confidence. Confidence in our hotel sector, in our tourism industry and in the long-term vision we share, and confidence in Mauritius.”
Spread over 64 hectares with access to Ile aux Cerfs, four distinct beaches and 36 holes of golf, the resort unfolds like a veritable village in the heart of nature. Villas and residences have been completely renovated with private pools, while the Oseyan stilt spa has been enlarged and modernized.
The gastronomic offering now includes seven restaurants in a variety of styles, from the pan-Asian refinement of Awase, to the Italian authenticity of Radici, to the contemporary Indian flavours of Angara. Each address offers a unique culinary odyssey, combining elegance with local influences.
Beyond luxury, the resort affirms its environmental commitment with pioneering initiatives: a seagrass nursery supporting biodiversity, seahorse conservation projects and the enhancement of endemic fauna.
