La Galinière, a rosé with a unique sparkle

Enjoying a drink during brunch, a dinner with friends, or a festive event—without consuming any alcohol—is now possible with La Galinière Sensation. Moments by PhoenixBev invites you to enjoy these moments of togetherness with a sparkling rosé that’s 0% alcohol. Taysiir Joomun

Hailing from Provence and made from Grenache, this sparkling rosé is de-alcoholized using low-temperature vacuum distillation. This method removes the alcohol while preserving as much of its aromatic character as possible. La Galinière thus retains the personality and tasting profile of a rosé, while offering an alternative to more traditional non-alcoholic beverages.

In the glass, La Galinière Sensation displays a pale, luminous color characteristic of Provence rosés. On the nose, it offers delicate aromas of fresh red berries and white-fleshed fruits, accompanied by subtle floral notes. On the palate, its freshness gives way to a balance between liveliness and richness, with a light and refreshing finish.

According to Moments by PhoenixBev, more and more consumers—both in Mauritius and internationally—are seeking alcohol-free alternatives without sacrificing the pleasure of tasting. This rosé is therefore aimed at “flexi-drinkers,” those who are “sober curious,” as well as those who do not consume alcohol for health, religious, or athletic reasons—or simply by personal choice.

La Galinière is perfect as an aperitif, for brunch, lunch on a patio, or dinner with friends. On the food pairing front, its freshness complements salads, fresh appetizers, carpaccios, fish tartares, marinated shrimp, or even a lemon-seasoned chicken breast. It’s best served well chilled, between 6 and 8 °C, in a wine glass or flute. La Galinière Sensation is available at the four Moments by PhoenixBev wine shops and is gradually making its way into the island’s hotels and restaurants. An invitation to indulge without moderation!
