Each dog is assessed during an initial visit with their owner, allowing the team to understand the pet’s unique behaviour and adapt the care plan accordingly, ensuring a smooth and stress-free transition. Special protocols are in place for senior dogs and puppies. Dogs aged eight years and above must undergo a full blood test before boarding, while puppies under four months are kept separate due to incomplete vaccination schedules.
