Since 2003, Fine Foods Marketing Ltd has established itself as a key player in food distribution in Mauritius, offering a cutting-edge selection of fine products for consumers, hotels and restaurants. Today, the company represents over 30 local and international brands, supported by a dedicated team of nearly 200 people.

Also operating two production units in Rivière Noire – Black River Seafood, specializing in smoked marlin, and New Selecta, dedicated to gelato and chocolates – the company also founded Club Gourmand, present in Ébène and Riche-Terre, in 2023. A true invitation to immerse oneself in the expertise of Fine Foods Marketing Ltd, the Media Tour offered guests a unique sensory experience based around iconic products: Ostra Régal oysters bred in Vendée and matured in Ireland, artisanal Sarrade foie gras pâté en croûte, Hokkaido scallop carpaccio, Patagonian toothfish sublimated with Oscietra caviar, and Riverina Australian Black Angus with exceptional marbling.

The tasting concluded with a chocolate and wine pairing workshop featuring The Origins 70% range from Domori, an Italian house renowned for its unique approach to cocoa based on purity and respect for the terroir.
