The name Trisquel embodies the philosophy of the place: movement and transformation, unity between body, mind and soul, and a harmonious link between tradition, intuition and science. This holistic approach, respectful of each person’s personal history, rhythm and needs, accompanies the individual as a whole. This is how Nadia Chan imagined this haven. “We wanted to offer a holistic, alternative approach to accompany people on the path to healing.”
Maison Trisquel offers a wide range of wellness practices: traditional Chinese medicine, energy treatments, therapeutic massages, yoga, tarot, mediumship, holistic hairdressing, aesthetics, acupuncture, Headspa combined with sonotherapy, holistic nutrition, osteopathy, emotional support… “Every practice is designed to nourish the body, soothe the spirit and awaken the soul.Each practice is designed to nourish the body, soothe the mind and awaken the soul,” she explains.
Each treatment is personalized: attentive listening, a genuine space for rejuvenation, transformation and lasting harmonization. “Here, every treatment becomes an encounter with yourself. Touch, vibration, movement or breath: everything is designed to release what’s weighing you down, restore balance and make you feel alive, present, fully aligned.”
Throughout the year, we offer a range of events: meditation, holistic workshops, yoga, energy treatments, spiritual encounters… These moments offer the opportunity to explore the inner dimension, to refocus, to heal and to share moments of conviviality in a serene setting.
“You can choose a half-day, a full day or an entirely personalized program. Between treatments, gentle practices and gourmet breaks from garden to table, with products from our permaculture garden, every moment is designed to deeply recharge your batteries,” concludes Nadia.
