Following the Marguery Villas resort in Rivi\u00e8re Noire, which opened in 2017, duo Micha\u00ebl Ruel and Jean Etchepareborde officially opened their second project, Mythic Suites & Villas, a 20-unit accommodation complex in Grand Gaube, on December 12. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The concept of MJ D\u00e9veloppement, the project’s French property development group? Make the most of your suite or villa, while enjoying the same services as in a hotel. Spacious, bright and tastefully contemporary, Mythic Suites & Villas come in three categories: Junior Suites, Penthouse Suites and Elegance Villas. The former are available in 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom or 3-bedroom versions and can accommodate up to 6 people. The latter boast 443 m2 of living space, including a superb 160 m2 terrace with an infinity pool overlooking the northern islands, and three bedrooms. Villas with 3 or 4 bedrooms, which can accommodate up to eight people, feature a garden and a large 11x4m swimming pool. A vacation concept that allows you to live as you please, using a kitchen where nothing is missing, or using the catering service for meals prepared by the on-site restaurant, L’Atelier, located in the Club House. <\/p>\n

The resort also offers residents a range of tailor-made services, whether it’s a yoga class in their villa or a boat trip for the family. In addition to the L’Atelier restaurant – which can also be enjoyed by outsiders – the lounge bar, reception and concierge service, the Club House also houses an open-access fitness room and a travelers’ library. It’s also worth mentioning that the resort, which is committed to sustainable development, applies ten ecological measures. <\/p>\n
