While 80% of the business park is already leased, Naila Hanoomanjee, CEO of Landscope Mauritius, announced at the launch at the end of October: “By June 2024, over 4 billion rupees will be invested in development projects creating economic opportunities.” This November, the park will also be home to the new headquarters of the Mauritius Revenue Authority – 13,000m2<\/sup> of office space and 1,000 employees grouped together on a single site – which will use the occasion to launch a new strategy of intelligent tax administration, exploiting the advantages of data analysis and AI.
