At Gin&#8217;Ja &#8211; which is also the name of a village in the Land of the Rising Sun &#8211; the brigade has perfected its skills and now possesses an in-depth knowledge of this cooking method. Contrary to popular belief, it&#8217;s not a matter of throwing your steak on the grill and watching it cook! Pawan, the Teppanyaki chef, excels in the precision of this flamboyant culinary art.
