V <\/b><\/span>isionnaire<\/b><\/span>. The boldness and pugnacity of its founder, Arnaud Mayer, are today the unmistakable hallmarks of the group’s DNA. From innovation to questioning, from initiative to risk-taking… EVACO now boasts 60 hectares of sustainable projects in Mauritius and Europe. <\/p>\n

A <\/b><\/span>rt of living<\/b><\/span>. Creating meaning through projects that enhance residents’ quality of life is the developer’s accomplished goal. In addition to residential concepts that are in themselves an experience, two museums will soon be opening at Cap Marina, offering an insight into the history of 18th-century privateers and a unique collection of seashells. <\/p>\n
