Combining   <\/b><span class=\"s1\"><b>the<\/b><\/span><b> fun to the demands of swimming, this event will be preceded by the distribution of a training guide to participants.<\/b> <em>ZA<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The organizers, the Royal Life Saving Society Mauritius (RLSS-M), are offering advice on how to improve swimmers&#8217; techniques. By following this program, those taking part in the race will be able to strengthen their endurance and power. Based on a 20-week program that can be adapted to each individual, the guide is already available <span class=\"s1\">online <\/span>: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.swimnandosmauritius.com\"><span class=\"s2\">www.swimnandosmauritius.com<\/span><\/a>.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Every year, the famous Pereyb\u00e8re race welcomes more and more participants, and ambitions remain high for 2025. According to Mark Elsbury, CEO of Nando&#8217;s Maurice: &#8220;In addition to encouraging the massive participation of Mauritians, we are delighted to contribute to drowning prevention through this commitment. As always, we look forward to a convivial and festive atmosphere around the competition.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">According to statistics, fatal drownings in Mauritius are five times higher than in developed countries. Diihraz Dosieah, President of RLSS-M, adds, &#8220;Our mission is to reduce the drowning rate in Mauritius by educating the public and promoting swimming as a vital skill.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The Kids Fun Swim is a 50 m race for 3 to 5 year-olds and a 75 m race for 6 to 8 year-olds. The 1.6 km and 3.8 km races can be run with or without equipment.   <span class=\"s1\">(mask, snorkel, fins), but swimmers competing with them will not be eligible for prizes.
