A makeover that also gives the All\u00e9es d&#8217;Helv caf\u00e9-restaurant a new look. <\/b><span class=\"s1\"><b>\u00e9<\/b><\/span><b>tia to introduce new flavors. <\/b><i>ZA<\/i><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"s1\">Now elegantly dressed in a d\u00e9cor that emphasizes wood and vegetation, the essence of <\/span>Moka&#8217;z has <span class=\"s1\">nevertheless <\/span>remained intact. <span class=\"s1\">While <\/span> <span class=\"s1\">the<\/span><span class=\"s1\">traditional<\/span>crepes, signature burgers <span class=\"s1\">and<\/span> curries <span class=\"s1\">are <\/span>still on <span class=\"s1\">the menu<\/span> <span class=\"s1\">,<\/span> chef Kursline Alfred wanted to <span class=\"s1\">make <\/span>the experience <span class=\"s1\">more intense<\/span>. &#8220;We&#8217;ve kept the soul of the menu with more boldness: exotic flavors, generous dishes and a menu that will evolve with the seasons. Our new creations are designed to arouse curiosity, while maintaining a strong link with Mauritian cuisine,&#8221;<span class=\"s1\"> she says.<\/span> <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">On the menu:local and Thai salads<\/span>, <span class=\"s1\">new <\/span>tagliatelle dishes (chicken and mushrooms, seafood, pesto&#8230;), a <span class=\"s1\">new<\/span> Moka&#8217;z club sandwich, as well <span class=\"s1\">as<\/span> a revamped grill section, with beef mignon or braised chicken supreme.<br \/>\n&#8221; For beverages, the coffee menu features the house&#8217;s iconic lattes and cappuccinos, now available <span class=\"s1\">in<\/span> new flavors. Added to this are original milkshakes (coconut-pineapple or chocolate-peanut butter), lemongrass iced tea, as well as smoothies with banana, honey and matcha, or tropical versions (mango and banana)&#8221;<span class=\"s1\">, she continues.<\/span> <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Reopened <\/span>on 1<span class=\"s2\"><sup>st<\/sup><\/span> July, Moka&#8217;z now caters for both business and leisure meetings.
