Now elegantly dressed in a d\u00e9cor that emphasizes wood and vegetation, the essence of <\/span>Moka’z has nevertheless <\/span>remained intact. While <\/span> the<\/span>traditional<\/span>crepes, signature burgers and<\/span> curries are <\/span>still on the menu<\/span> ,<\/span> chef Kursline Alfred wanted to make <\/span>the experience more intense<\/span>. “We’ve kept the soul of the menu with more boldness: exotic flavors, generous dishes and a menu that will evolve with the seasons. Our new creations are designed to arouse curiosity, while maintaining a strong link with Mauritian cuisine,” she says.<\/span> <\/p>\n

On the menu:local and Thai salads<\/span>, new <\/span>tagliatelle dishes (chicken and mushrooms, seafood, pesto…), a new<\/span> Moka’z club sandwich, as well as<\/span> a revamped grill section, with beef mignon or braised chicken supreme.
\n” For beverages, the coffee menu features the house’s iconic lattes and cappuccinos, now available in<\/span> new flavors. Reopened <\/span>on 1st<\/sup><\/span> July, Moka’z now caters for both business and leisure meetings.
