The program, built around seven signature experiences, aimed to symbolize each year of SALT of Palmar&#8217;s existence, while highlighting principles such as innovation, sustainability and valuing human interaction. <\/p>\n<p>Over the course of the day, participants were invited to take part in a variety of workshops. These included culinary sessions, moments dedicated to well-being, artisan discoveries and nature-related activities. The event also highlighted the hotel&#8217;s involvement in the local economic and cultural fabric, by collaborating with a selection of Mauritian creators, craftsmen and experts, confirming its support for the island&#8217;s know-how.  <\/p>\n<p>The evening concluded with a seven-course gourmet dinner prepared by chefs Shiva and Visham. This themed meal offered an exploration of the flavors that have helped forge the establishment&#8217;s culinary identity, reflecting the creativity and collaborative approach within the SALT teams. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;These seven years represent much more than an anniversary: they tell the story of a collective adventure of encounters, sharing and passion. SALT is first and foremost a place where we connect with what&#8217;s essential, with people, with our island and with what gives hospitality meaning,&#8221; said hotel manager Raj Reedoy, summing up the establishment&#8217;s philosophy.<\/p>\n<p>At the close of this celebration, SALT of Palmar reaffirms its direction for the future.
