In addition to a packed program, the event offers authentic and unrivalled moments of sharing&#8230; the very signature of the hotel group!   <\/b><em>Eug\u00e9nie Sauzier-de Rosnay<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Taking place at Constance Belle Mare Plage and Constance Prince Maurice, the 19<span class=\"s1\"><sup>e<\/sup><\/span> edition of the Constance Festival Culinaire promises to be a stimulating one! In an atmosphere of competition, collaboration and the sharing of know-how, renowned chefs from all over the world will compete in four separate competitions. <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The Deutz and R\u00e9gis Marcon trophies, presided over by three-starred chef R\u00e9gis Marcon, will bring together international Michelin-starred chefs, while the Pierre Herm\u00e9 prize, overseen by the famous pastry chef of the same name, will bring together world-renowned pastry chefs. Finally, the Jars Art de la Table trophy will highlight excellence in service, refinement and presentation in the world of haute cuisine. <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">In addition to the tough but friendly competition, this gastronomic week will feature numerous events, for the pleasure of Constance guests and external visitors alike.
