This trend is also reflected in a change in the profile of buyers, some of whom now see the island as a real home base rather than just a second home.     <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">In this context, the new Golden Visa introduced by the Mauritian government could further enhance the country&#8217;s attractiveness. Although its direct impact on the real estate market is likely to remain moderate, Fran\u00e7ois believes that this measure could attract entrepreneurs and investors looking for a stable environment. &#8220;These investors often first look at hotels or high-end rentals before making a purchase,&#8221; he explains. The company is counting on greater commercial agility, enhanced support and the power of the Group&#8217;s international network.
