Over 200 people have taken part in Immedia’s comedy shows over the past three decades. Some sketches have gone down in history :<\/span> a re-enactment of parliamentary debates, a parody of air safety instructions, Berty Prosper as \u00c9ric Milazar or St\u00e9phane Raynal as a “sedikter”..<\/span>. Sam Ammigan even invented a sequel to Aneerood Jugnauth’s words to the effect that ” Moralite pa ranpli vant<\/i> <\/span>“… <\/p>\n

To celebrate this anthology of good cheer, thirteen artists are currently concocting 2 hours 45 minutes of never-before-seen delights, for August 15 and 16, at the Caudan Arts Centre. A real headache for Yousoof Elahee, who comes up with new ideas after each parliamentary session… <\/p>\n

Health Imoristik…<\/p>\n

To mark this anniversary, the Immedia agency launched the second edition of the Konkour Sante Imoristik humorous song competition at the end of April, for which it is still possible to apply by June 30. In addition to being funny, the song must be original, sung in one of the country’s languages, accompanied by acoustic instruments, and be less than four<\/span> minutes long. Best of all,<\/span> the winner will perform it at the August 15-16 show. <\/p>\n
