A classic that\u2019s hard to resist! <\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Ingredients for 6 people<\/b><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">200 g of dark baking chocolate<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">100 g of butter<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">100 g of sugar<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">3 eggs<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">50 g of flour<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">1 pinch of salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Preparation<\/b><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul2\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Preheat the oven to 180 \u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Butter 6 individual ramekins (or muffin tins).<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Melt the chocolate and butter together.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Beat the eggs with the sugar.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Add the melted chocolate and butter mixture.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Stir in the flour and salt.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Divide the batter among the 6 ramekins, filling them three-quarters full.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">For baking, aim for 8 to 10 minutes for a very runny center, 10 to 12 minutes for a soft, melt-in-your-mouth center, and 12 to 14 minutes for a cake that\u2019s more fully baked but still moist.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Let it rest for 2 minutes after removing it from the oven before serving.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Molten Center Version:<\/b><\/span> Place a square of chocolate in the center of each ramekin before baking for an even more indulgent center.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On the eve of Chocolate Week, which promises to tantalize the taste buds of many food lovers, Chef Wesley Ittoo, head chef at Chamarel Restaurant, reveals one of his signature desserts: the chocolate fondant.
