Today, mobile payments have become a new part of everyday life. SICOM understands this well with SICOM MyLink, an app designed to make these tasks simpler, faster, and more accessible, no matter where you are.  <\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Once registered, users can view their pending payments related to their contracts and pay them directly from the app. Mastercard, Visa, Blink, or Juice: several options are available so that everyone can use the payment method that works best for them. All of this takes place in a secure environment designed to protect data and transactions. And the numbers seem to confirm that this is becoming the norm! Launched in 2024, the service recorded approximately 900 payments that year, before surpassing 3,500 transactions in 2025\u2014a increase of more than 290% in just one year. Today, SICOM MyLink has nearly 12,000 subscribers, including about 7,000 customers registered on the mobile app.     <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">But MyLink\u2019s value goes beyond payments. Available even to non-customers, the app serves as a gateway to SICOM\u2019s digital world, allowing users to discover its products and services. Behind this technological evolution lies a broader ambition: to provide Mauritians with an increasingly seamless experience, without sacrificing personal connection. SICOM is thus gradually expanding its digital ecosystem\u2014which includes the app, the Customer Portal, and online services\u2014while maintaining its network of branches.
