Deux ans plus tard, elle fonde Leading Luxury Home (LLH), une agence immobilière de prestige. Accompagnement à l’expatriation, conseil en investissement, pilotage de projets… À mesure que ses activités se développent, un nouveau rêve s’impose : celui d’un luxe vivant, sensible et écoresponsable. En 2026, LLH franchit un tournant décisif avec LLH Eco Earth. Comment est née cette prise de conscience ?
Tout a découlé de la pandémie Covid-19. C’était une période charnière où j’ai vu les demandes de ma clientèle évoluer et j’ai dû réinventer notre conception de l’immobilier pour les générations futures. La nature mauricienne est tellement belle, j’ai à cœur de promouvoir l’habitat respectueux de l’environnement. Nous avons donc pris le tournant de l’écoresponsabilité, une valeur que nous vivons au quotidien dans notre travail. En plus de commercialiser des biens écoresponsables, nous portons en exclusivité le premier programme de villas de prestige autonomes et durables : Jiva Santosha, signifiant, en sanskrit « évolution de l’âme pour atteindre le contentement ». La dimension novatrice du projet a nécessité une longue période de conception, nous permettant de rayonner dans ce domaine d’expertise et de nous entourer de professionnels passionnés et vertueux.
Parlez-nous de ce programme.
Surplombant le Domaine de Palmyre sur la côte ouest, Jiva Santosha représente un modèle précurseur à Maurice. Dans un respect total de l’environnement, Cédric Delahaye, notre architecte concept bioclimatique, a pris en considération la topographie, la minéralité et tous les arbres existants du site. Le défrichage s’effectue à la main pour ne retirer que les nuisibles, tandis que les arbres endémiques présents sur le terrain sont entièrement préservés et intégrés au projet. Les jardins en permaculture et les « tiny forests » renforcent ce concept. Pour rendre les villas entièrement autonomes, nous travaillons avec l’énergie de la nature et favorisons une consommation maîtrisée : récupération des eaux de pluie et toitures végétalisées avec les espèces endémiques, panneaux photovoltaïques, traitement des eaux grises et noires… Les matériaux utilisés garantissent au maximum le principe d’écoconstruction : pierres de roche, vétiver, Resysta®, Fermacell®, Ondulite, peinture écologique, isolants thermiques et phoniques performants… Jiva Santosha est un projet évolutif et vivant, qui place l’habitat au service de la nature. Alors que le lancement de la première phase est prévu en septembre 2026, la phase 2 se dessine déjà.
Votre engagement est également sociétal puisque vous avez cofondé la Fondation Jiva Santosha. En quoi consiste-t-elle ?
Nous avons la volonté de contribuer au changement et d’avoir un impact tant environnemental que sociétal. La Fondation Jiva Santosha commencera à œuvrer activement en septembre prochain. Nous soutenons d’ores et déjà deux ONG accueillant des enfants en difficulté, L’Étoile du Berger et SAFIRE. Nous poursuivons ce travail primordial avec d’autres ONG afin d’étendre au maximum nos actions. Le financement provient essentiellement du programme Jiva Santosha et des honoraires versés par l’agence LLH Eco Earth. Des soirées caritatives seront également organisées pour collecter des fonds. L’objectif est de faire rayonner les associations et de les accompagner de façon pérenne.

An expert in wealth management and real estate investment, Jasmine Longuève travelled across some of the most prestigious luxury destinations in France before settling in Mauritius in 2007. Two years later, she founded Leading Luxury Home (LLH), a high-end real estate agency. From relocation support and investment advisory to project management, her work gradually evolved, giving rise to a new ambition: that of a living, sensitive and eco-conscious form of luxury.
In 2026, LLH reached a decisive turning point with the launch of LLH Eco Earth. How did this shift in mindset come about?
It all stemmed from the Covid-19 pandemic. It was a pivotal period in which I saw my clients’ needs evolve, and I had to rethink our understanding of real estate for future generations. Mauritius is home to a beautiful natural environment, and I am deeply committed to promoting environmentally responsible living. We therefore embraced eco-responsibility, a value that we now live out daily in our work. In addition to marketing eco-friendly properties, we exclusively represent the first fully autonomous and sustainable luxury villa programme: Jiva Santosha, which in Sanskrit means ‘the evolution of the soul towards contentment’. The innovative nature of the project required a long design phase, allowing us to develop genuine expertise in this field and to surround ourselves with passionate, like-minded professionals.
Tell us about the programme.
Overlooking the Domaine de Palmyre on the west coast, Jiva Santosha is a pioneering development in Mauritius. In full respect of the environment, Cédric Delahaye, our bioclimatic architect, took into account the site’s topography, mineral character and all existing trees. Land clearing is carried out entirely by hand, removing only invasive species, while endemic trees are fully preserved and integrated into the project. Permaculture gardens and ‘tiny forests’ further reinforce this approach. To make the villas fully self-sufficient, we work with natural energy and promote controlled consumption: rainwater harvesting and green roofs planted with endemic species, photovoltaic panels, and the treatment of grey and black water. The materials used adhere as closely as possible to eco-construction principles: local stone, vetiver, Resysta®, Fermacell®, Onduline, eco-friendly paints, and high-performance thermal and acoustic insulation. Jiva Santosha is an evolving, living project that places architecture in the service of nature. While the first phase is scheduled for launch in September 2026, phase two is already being developed.
Your commitment is also social, as you co-founded the Jiva Santosha Foundation. What does it involve?
We are committed to driving change and making an impact both environmentally and socially. The Jiva Santosha Foundation will begin its active work in September. We are already supporting two NGOs working with vulnerable children—L’Étoile du Berger and SAFIRE—and we will continue this essential work with other organisations to expand our reach as much as possible. Funding primarily comes from the Jiva Santosha programme and fees generated by LLH Eco Earth. Charity events will also be organised to raise additional funds. The aim is to help these organisations grow in visibility and to support them in a sustainable, long-term way.
