His most recent win came at the Mauritius Sommelier Association competition on August 19, when he represented the Constance Prince Maurice in front of a jury of local and international experts. A great success for the man who was trained by the hotel group from his very first steps in the world of sommellerie, as the winner will go on to represent Mauritius at the World’s Best Sommelier competition to be held in Portugal in 2026!
