The date is set! On Sunday, May 3, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., the FERNEY Ti-Bazar will once again open its doors in the old Ferney factory and on the lawn opposite. A free event open to all, this sixth edition – and first of 2026 – promises to be faithful to the spirit that has made it such a success: authenticity, eco-responsibility and good humor in a green setting!

Launched in November 2024, this almost quarterly market has become a not-to-be-missed event for lovers of local and artisanal products. Some thirty exhibitors, selected for their environmental commitment and creativity, will be present, in partnership with Artisans Lokal, the platform dedicated to Mauritian artisans. On the program: tasty ” manze morisyen ” made from healthy, forgotten ingredients, agroecological vegetables, handcrafted creations and know-how to discover. The musical ambience will be provided by DJ Blind – David, a blind DJ from Mahébourg, who will thrill visitors with his mixes.

Natural heritage conservation will also be in the spotlight, with a stand dedicated to the work of the Vallée de Ferney Conservation Trust. Visitors will be able to talk to those responsible for conserving the flora and fauna of the endemic forest, and leave with a 10% discount on the purchase of native saplings to plant at home by taking a short quiz! This event is part of the wider vision of the FERNEY Tropical Agrihood project, led by Ferney Ltd. An initiative that places sustainable agriculture, ecotourism and community development at the heart of the estate, in harmony with the surrounding nature – sea, mountains and green areas included.
