From March 13 to 21, 2026, the 19e edition of the not-to-be-missed Constance Festival Culinaire, an internationally renowned competition which, since its creation in 2006, has brought together the excellence of chefs from near and far, including talent from the Constance Hotels & Resorts group. Taking place at Constance Belle Mare Plage and Constance Prince Maurice, the 19e edition of the Constance Festival Culinaire promises to be a stimulating one! In an atmosphere of competition, collaboration and the sharing of know-how, renowned chefs from all over the world will compete in four separate competitions.

The Deutz and Régis Marcon trophies, presided over by three-starred chef Régis Marcon, will bring together international Michelin-starred chefs, while the Pierre Hermé prize, overseen by the famous pastry chef of the same name, will bring together world-renowned pastry chefs. Finally, the Jars Art de la Table trophy will highlight excellence in service, refinement and presentation in the world of haute cuisine.

In addition to the tough but friendly competition, this gastronomic week will feature numerous events, for the pleasure of Constance guests and external visitors alike. Twelve-hand dinners, exclusive evenings, signature dinners… Combining delicious food and wine pairings with shared expertise, these meals, brought to you by the world’s greatest chefs, celebrate the Mauritian terroir, cooperation and unfailing creativity… The promise of an extraordinary culinary escape!
