Known for its involvement in numerous projects across the island, such as the the prestigious Lux* Grand Baie, or in Rodrigues, with the renovation of Cotton Bay Resort, the Project section of Espace Maison’s Outdoor Sales department also supports also the individuals by bringing their best ideas to life. Virginie Aubert, Channel Developer with this highly efficient team, tells us more.

More than twenty years’ experience on the Mauritian market – you can’t make that up! Founded in 2002, Espace Maison now boastsnot only an extensive product catalog, but also specialized teams ,such as Outdoor Sales, to assist its customers from A to Z, whatever their project.

More than a 360° formula

For Virginie, the strength of the services offered by Espace Maison lies above all in a human approach, in-depth listening and genuine product expertise. “Each customer has his or her own requirements: we have to identify their needs, desires and imperatives, as well as their deadlines and budget, before proposing a fully personalized solution,” she explains. The search is not confined to the items listed in the store: depending on the customer’s request, the team can, in collaboration with its suppliers, find the specific product required and place a special order.

In addition to ensuring that each product meets technical, aesthetic and budgetary requirements, the team provides step-by-step support for each construction project, from design to delivery – including installation or painting! “We work closely with architects, interior designers and contractors to meet our customers’ requirements,” adds Virginie. With over two decades in the market, the team has also forged close ties with numerous professionals, enabling it to effectively anticipate the needs of each and every one.

A quality offering

Excellent value for money is also one of the brand’s top priorities. “Whatever the origin of our products, we put quality first, and adapt to our customers’ budgets”, she emphasizes. While the tiles come mainly from Europe, the natural stones come mainly from Asia – quartz comes from Spain, Portugal and Asia. “India is renowned for the quality of its slate, marble and granite,” says Virginie. When it comes to taps and sanitaryware, the choice is equally wide, with references from bothEurope andAsia – backed by a manufacturer’s warranty, a guarantee of quality and reliability.

With 2026 already underway, the Channel Developer sees a number of trends taking shape. “Natural stone, stone-effect tiles… even the tones are inspired by nature,” she says. Neutral , timeless colors such as off-white, beige, gray and taupe are in vogue. “We also offer decorative tiles with floral or plant motifs, as well as colorful shades to create contrast with the neutral tones generally used in main tiles ,” she says.
