One week, two major innovations. Absa Bank (Mauritius) Limited officially launched Google Pay and Spark by Absa simultaneously, marking a significant milestone in its digital transformation journey and reaffirming its ambition to transform the everyday banking experience for Mauritians.
Thanks to Google Pay, eligible Absa cardholders can now add their cards to Google Wallet and make contactless payments from their Android or Wear OS devices in stores, online, or through apps: simple, fast, and secure! Spark by Absa, meanwhile, goes beyond just payments. Available to both Absa customers and non-customers, the app lets you link any bank, pay however you prefer, discover offers, and book experiences. It’s a decidedly lifestyle-oriented offering, designed to fit naturally into your daily life.

These two launches are part of a broader initiative.
