Mais n’te promène donc pas toute nue! may not be Feydeau’s best-known vaudeville, but it’s no less delicious.
Director Kevin Bissonauth, who also teaches at the Lycée La Bourdonnais, was waiting until he’d found the actors who would best fit these truculent characters before embarking on the adventure… The workshop he has been running at the IFM for the past year has enabled him to complete his cast, and this former headliner of the Théâtralis troupe has taken great pleasure in working on the female character, so as to show her intelligence… Clarisse leads her husband by the nose, and is certainly much more astute than this man and the destiny he… expects.
