On January 14, 2026, the official inauguration of the Ocorian Tower marked a decisive milestone for the Group in Mauritius. This new infrastructure is accompanied by strategic appointments, including that of Novan Maharahaje as Country Head and the positioning in Mauritius of Mano Mathews, the Group’s Global Head of Capability Centres.
Located in Côte d’Or Technopole, the Ocorian Tower brings together over 600 professionals in a LEED Gold-certified environment designed to foster collaboration, innovation and sustainable growth. This infrastructure reflects more than just a physical presence: it positions Mauritius as a center of operational excellence and a strategic location for the Group’s global leadership.
Present in Mauritius for over three decades, Ocorian has progressively expanded its expertise in fund administration, fiduciary services, regulatory compliance and global operations. Today, the Mauritius office plays a pivotal role in servicing international clients, notably facilitating investment flows between Africa, Asia and global markets.

The appointment of Novan Maharahaje, a Mauritian national, as Country Head of Ocorian Mauritius, and the positioning of Mano Mathews in Mauritius illustrate this confidence in local talent and the strategic importance of the jurisdiction. In addition, the financial services sector is today an important part of the Mauritian economy, contributing over 13% of Mauritian GDP, employing more than 19,000 highly qualified professionals and accounting for around 65% of corporate tax revenues.
